I inherited an Apple iPhone and could not set it up. Called Sprint and they referred me to what I now know was / is TEC. After listening to a heavy accent and $99.00 later I still could not get the phone to work. Today I note that I have been charged 19.99 for a service I have not used since the initial call, and will NEVER again use.There was no discussion as to a monthly charge. This is a rip off.
