I have been calling Fast Track Business Concepts requesting a refund over the past 42 days and counting from Fast Track Business Concepts. I have been given the complete run a round and they just keep telling me I will receive a call back from Fast Track Business Concepts, with no return calls from anybody with Fast Track Business Concepts.

I did receive a call from my business coach with Fast Track Business Concepts on 9/23, whom proceeded to yell at me in an unprofessional manner, saying I haven't done everything that I was instructed or asked to do.( Hello what was the $5000 payment to Fast Track Business Concepts for????) This is not true, I have been patient and done ever step I’ve been instructed to do by Fast Track Business Concepts, and even got passed a few obstacles on my own because Fast Track Business Concepts never returned my calls so I had to think on the fly and put out my own fires. My coach with Fast Track Business Concepts said he would call back 9/26 and I never received a call from Fast Track Business Concepts that day let alone that week or any following weeks, so I called Fast Track Business Concepts again at the end of the month of September requesting refund and once again still have had no call back from Fast Track Business Concepts.

I started the program February 28, 2011 with Fast Track Business Concepts, and was assured that this was a 4 to 6 month program and I will have funding in the first 60 days based on the Paydex score that “Fast Track Business Concepts” was setting up. To Date my Paydex is 0, The Policy states that if for any reason I’m not satisfied I would be entitled to a FULL REFUND from Fast Track Business Concepts. I think that after 8 Months of the Run Around this would count as Dissatisfied, and I deserve a FULL REFUND from Fast Track Business Concepts !!

The agreement I signed states,

"If you work with the Fast Track Business Concepts coach and then complete the 7 Tier process- you will have A+ Paydex Score 70 Score or higher, in less than 180 business days or we will refund your entire purchase price of the Fast Track Business Concepts Corporate Building program to you or Fast Track Business Concepts will provide a second 180 days period of service at no additional charge."
