Complaint 240189 Details

I received a sales call from Yellow USPages in January of 2013 offering a Free 2 month Trial and that services would end if we did nothing further. I never received any brochure, email, welcome packet or any information or invoice from them until May 2, 2013. I received an invoice dated March 17, 2013 but postmarked over 6 weeks later on April 30.

I called and emailed their billing department immediately but all my inquiries have gone unanswered. Through persistent calls I finally talked with someone who told me our account is already submitted to collections.

If they do not resolve this matter by completely expunging our account we will pursue any and all legal matters we can. Thankfully, it sounds like some are already having success by making complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General.
