I was in 3 month payment plan two of 1000.00 starting in Oct, Nov and Dec of 2012the last one of 500.00. They was suppose to help me with a modification of my mortgage, each time I called I was told that they had submitted to the mortgage company. I had the names of the representative that was working on my paperwork. I had fell behind on my mortgage . I tried calling NLA law firm and found out that the number was disconnected. I was able to work with mortgage company to bring payments current.
Update: 05/11/2013
actually the money were withdrawn from my niece account. They promised me to lower my payments in a tree months. It has been 7 moths already and no answer.
