This company failed to negotiate a modified mortgage payment from my current lender. The company took my money and basically did nothing else. I complied with everything that was asked of me, but never recieved any communication from them other then to get a statement from them when I would call saying, quote " we will get back to you in a few days " un quote.

- Sure makes you wonder why the individual who claims this firm did nothing for him does not even put his name on this complaint. I have received a modification from them, and have referred two others to them, one has been done and the other is still in progress. I also know for a fact this company has a refund policy in the event that someone is not happy and the file has not been sent to the bank yet- otherwise don’t you think there would be a lot more complaints online other than this. I am responding to this because I have a small business and I know how damaging unwarranted complaints on line can be, especially when the person does not even put his name on it!
