They called me on the phone saying they are from Windows, and said my computer is infected with many viruses and they are being spread across the internet. They had me connect to them over the internet and they installed some software. This took them hours and in the end they billed my credit card $ 136.04 for a product called Win Solution Silver Plan. I talked to my computer guy and he told me it was a scam. I immediately called the credit card company and cancelled the order.
