I PURCHASED WINDOW MASTERS WINDOWS FOR MY WHOLE HOUSE WITH A GARDEN WINDOW IN THE KITCHEN AND A BAY WINDOW IN THE LIVING ROOM. ONE OF THE KITCHEN WINDOWS HAS WATER AND FOG IN THE INSIDE BETWEEN THE PANES. I HAVE TRIED CALLING WINDOW MASTERS AND ONLY GET A FAST BUSY SIGNAL. HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH THESE PEOPLE? THE WINDOWS HAVE A LIFETIME GUARANTEE.
