I write today for a refund of both payments which your company have taken from my bank account without my permission/knowledge. At no time have I given permission or entered into an agreement with you for anything more than a free trial product which I paid the postage of £3:95p. Your "Risk-Free Trial Kit" implied to me the consumer, that I was only being charged for postage of the Trial Product.......this was totally misleading. I have been on to my bank to stop any further applications for payment from yourselves.

I strongly believed that I would not be taking any risks when I signed up for your Trial. I believed that I was signing up to trial the product ONLY. I did/do not want any further products or dealings with your company. I shall be lodging a complaint with the Advertising Authorities.

Please refund these two payments, one for £96:95 and one for £69:95, and stop advertising in this way.
