I needed some hair extensions and decided to by the hair online as the two stores that sells them didn't have what I wanted...I went online placed the items in the bag and I went to payment it stated telephone payment along with other method of payment, I called the number that was provided I spoke to someone over the phone, she took my card details and assured me the items will arrive the following Tuesday.when it didn't arrive I tried calling the same number and there was a voice massage stating that the number is out of service. I have emailed them and sent them letters but no reply.my friend sent them an an email about wanted to buy some hair extension and they replied to her but not to any complaints anyone has..I have tried company house and trading standards about the issue but was advised in the end to take them to money claims..
