I purchased Gold from the rskfc.com site and did not receive it. I was told that I would be given a refund after I kept chatting and demanding a manager / supervisor. I had to dispute w/ paypal, but the company is saying it is for intangible items because paypal doesn't cover it. This company needs shut down.
