If you were taken by the OKGoods / RSmall PayPal scam or any of these other fakes site and used PayPal today is your lucky day:)

PayPal has admitted they did wrong, and although I’m sure they’re not going to contact every victim since 2005 personally, if you like money… keep reading.

PayPal reversed their own fraud departments FINAL decision, and actually had to credit my account. These were closed disputes that technically could never be opened again.

The 3rd dispute was actually an Unauthorized Claim but I filed a non-receipt because I did not catch on right away how the PayPal/Okgoods scam worked.

Now the 3rd dispute took over a week for the scammers to get the money, again using PayPal’s TOS for virtual property. Actually, the TOS changed a year ago, but PayPal’s FAKE Fraud team did not seem to care.

I also want to say, PayPal did not do this out of the kindness of their heart, it took hundred of letters and faxes to everyone I could think of, and still I don’t think they really cared until the law stepped in.

Since OKaygoods was a fake site, there has actually NEVER been a single item sold or bought, virtual or real…it was one giant identity theft system in place since 2005.

AND PAYPAL KNEW IT – AND I’LL BE SOMETHING I’M NOT SUPPOSE TO SOON

They were even charging people $40 to have their identities stolen, and I kid you not!

What was really odd is how long a single PayPal account could stay open with so many separate US complaints. I’m guessing that Okaygoodsonline PayPal account had at least three to four thousand closed dispute (in PayPal’s fraud department’s).

I do not know who or whom at PayPal was involved, or if any arrests were made in China. I do know that that PayPal account is FINALLY closed!

They may have tried to set up another one, but I’m pretty sure China officials are doing something about that as well.

One last thing, the laws in China were much more severe that I thought, and if you’re connected to BODYNET TRADING CO, you might want to take notice.
