I purchased Driver Detective on line which was advertised at a reduced price $26.95 normal retail price $39.95. I was charged the normal retail price of $39.95 plus $1.00 transaction fee.
To rub insault into injury the program was a complete dud and ended up distorting my printer driver which I had to reload from Lexmark's website manually.
I requested a refund from the company a couple of days a go but still have had no response from them.
I want my money back.
