I downloaded driver detective and the result of the initial scan was that I was told everything was A-OK, but it wasn't. It didn't solve my problem and when I did a scan with another driver outfit, the result was that I had 14 missing or out-of-drivers. I immediately asked for a refund. Their website on which I made the request says I'd hear back from them immediately, at least within 3-5 business days. I have heard NOTHING from the company, not even an acknowledgement that I had requested the refund. I have submitted refund requests on their website at least four, maybe five, times, and called them twice but never got to talk to a live person. I've left messages for them twice and my call has never been returned. I apparently don't have an open case with them, either or that's what the website told me. I think this is very unprofessional and there has been NO customer service at all. I definitely don't recommend that anyone use their services!
