I ordered the HCG liquid online through PureBiotix as a "try one month free" promotion. I paid $5 shipping and got the drops within a week. The drops came in a small box with no invoice and nothing stating that I was going to be charged for those drops. I then got charged on September 15th for them and then again on October 3rd. When I called I talked to a representative #5009 "Julia" asking to be credited that money, she explained to me it was because I signed a membership which I had not. She then explained to me that to have not been charged the first $89.95 i should have cancelled membership within 14 days. The second charge came a month later from the original order date 10/3/11 which was the "monthly charge." I only got the original bottle and now they are charging me for a second bottle. I'm so irritated because had I known the expectaions, I would not have ordered this product. I also asked that if I do get the second bottle in the mail, couldI return it for a refund and Julia's answer was "no" . Please help me! I feel scammed.
