I purchased some shoes from www.drmartens1460sale.com. when the payemnt went thru it came up with FashionPay. It has now been 9 weeks and i have emailed every week and i have had one reply (below)

I had a great deal of trouble trying to pay for my order as the computer would not let me go to your payment site. Last Wednesday i finally managed to process a payment, can you please advise of a tracking number for my order? As it does not appear on the website and I am not able to contact anyone as the computer will not let me? Please advise ASAP as I am worried this is a scam and I will need to cancel my payment and report the website. Below is the order number and payment details
