They have been holding my direct deposit for 32 days. I have been told its under investigation called an ACH FOIA hold. I have been getting my pay from my employer in Canada on this same card since January. Customer service tells me there is no way to talk with those looking into it. I have sent letters and spoke to first level and second tier CSR's with no clue whom I need to talk to higher up. I have no one to escalate the issue with. My employer is still waiting for them to kick it back but at this point my pay has been stuck and I have had to come up with other ways to get my paycheck as I am a Teleworker and the money is hardly coming from some foreign country. I don't know what else to do or to talk to to get a solution. This could have been resolved in 5 minutes speaking to my well known employer or facilitating something between H&R and my employers bank. This is insane.
