H&R Block Advance Emerald Card

Had my federal refund money deposited to my emerald card on 01/30/12, on the same day I faxed in a request to the bank to have $1000.00 mailed to me so that I may deposit it into my personal checking account. On 01/30/12 the money was pull from card, so on 02/03/12 I called to make sure that everything went okay, they told me (the bank) stated that the check was mailed out today 02/03/12 and it takes 7-10 business day to recieve, never the less 7-10 business days has yet to come, on 02/15/12 I called to check and I was still told 7-10 business days, so I said okay they in Missouri and Im in South Carolina it shouldn't take this long so I'm going to give them a little more time, so on 02/24/12 I called and they said the check was mailed out and I should've already recieved it, so now I'm pissed off, I was transferred to several different people, throughout this whole ordeal I've spoken to at least 16 different people, okay the last lady that I spoke to on 02/24/12 stated that they could stop payment on that check and reissue me another check in 60 days, and I refused I told her no it's almost been a month and I'm not waiting any longer I need to speak with the bank owner somebody because you drafted this money off my card on 01/30/12 so you guys is holding my money just credit it back on my card and if I recieve a check I can send it back because I wont be able to cash it if you stop payment, so she put me on hold again and came back and said they're going to resend the check and I should recieve it in 3 business days, okay today in day 3 (02/29/12) if I don't recieve my check by tomorrow, I will be one angry woman and it's not going to be nice. MY ADVICE TO ALL, DO NOT MESS WITH THE EMERALD CARDS, IT'S A RIPOFF!!!!!!!
