After watching a webinar I was contacted by Andrew Alverez who informed me for $1,995.oo they would take my timeshare, pay my maintanence fee for 2013 and transfer my timeshare out of my name. From my investigation I found it almost impossible to rid myself of this timeshare so was duped into believing that they could do this. Mr. Alverez said they were selling them to a vacation club. After giving Mr. Alverez my credit card information, he said he would talk to his boss to ok this transaction and he would get back to me. After waiting for his call and thinking about what I had done, I phoned him back and rescinded their offer. I've phoned Mr Alverez numerous times and got the not available. I've emailed Brian Walsh who told me he was just the paper boy. I sent a registered letter with my intentions to rescind their offer. I notified Visa and my bank of my intentions. Mr Matt Sanza phoned me today to ask to proceed with their offer. I declined and asked for my monies to be returned. He said that it was not possible. Therefore I would like you to resolve this.

thank you.....Ken Laurie.......(Personal Information Removed)
