Submitted my resume recently to indeed.com and I received an email from the "hr" of this company stating that they have a pre-shipment inspector position available if were interested. Looking for only part time work I replied with my resume. Days later he replies with a contract that I should fill out and return to him within 3 business days. After reading the contract I became a little suspicious and started looking at the company for scam reports. Nothing really came up so I went to whois.com and discovered that their albeit very good looking website is only 5 weeks old. I went to their contact us page, they have an 866 number, I called it, not a real number. They state the job position is to have packages come to my address, the supervisor sends x amounts of shipping labels, I inspect the boxes and ship them. Oh and I maay have some out of pocket expenses but don't worry, the company promises to reimburse me. I am not sending them the contract they still expect but I am going to ask them some pretty bad ass questions to stump them. Not my first round with scammers. Job seekers beware this one looks pretty legite until you start looking at their company history and information. Do your homework. Whois.net, google searches and whether or not there are already scam reports out there. This one is the first for this particular company so hope this helps someone.

  • Ya "superior fullfillment LLC". People please research it. Notice how the company address was slightly changed from 601 Delaware Ave Wilmington DE 19801
To Address 31 The Circle Georgetown DE 19947. Try calling their 1800 # and see if u can get through.

  • That's why she's saying, that the company I worked for is a scam. I asked my Manager and he told that she stolen parcels saying "I think, you're scam, so I will not send anything, I'll keep it."
So, Linda, do not pretend to be innocent. That's the real reason of your complaint.

  • Actually I sent back the products to CVS (the sender). I found plenty of evidence that Indicates the credit card used to Purchase goods does not belong to your so called "company". Now Suppose that I stole "your" Merchandise, why hasn't your "company" contacted Authorities and requested a complain? In addition, they sent me a prepaid postage stamp to ship the goods to the Ukraine. Hmmm I wonder why.... Maybe because Ukraine and the United States do not have an extradition treaty!

  • Then tell me, why do i receive my pay, work with packages and everything is legitimate? And the manager told me, that they have reported police and I guess, your time comes soon. You've broken the contract and decided that nobody would find you. Let's see, what happens.

  • I can't breath from laughter " they have reported police"? People please read this comment I found on yahoo: SCAM - it's a reshipping scam that will land you in prison

Besides,it's illegal for any potential employer to ask your age, sex or marital status

DO NOT send this person any info -- my friend's credit card number was stolen and someone charged over $3000 worth of electronics to her card. She reported it and the police ended up arresting the guy whose home the electronics were sent to. He claimed he was just doing his job for some employer in Ukraine who of course he had never met. He's now serving 18 months in prison for fencing stolen merchandise because the jury didn't believe he could be so stupid not to know that he was being used to receive and reship merchandise bought with stolen credit card and paypal accounts.

  • Wooow I just noticed that you deleted your very first comment at the very top. Well people just for the record, good old "Oliver" here had posted that this is a Legit company and he's been working for it for over a year. So after slipping at his/her own game, he/she (god knows who this animal is) decides to delete the comment before anyone catches on to the mistake.

  • You stated that I said "I think, you're scam, so I will not send anything, I'll keep it." Oops "Oliver" looks like I caught you in another lye. This was the actual word by word email that was sent: I won't explain to anyone anything. If you have further questions report to the Dearborn police. I have shipped the products back to CVS. And I will get to the bottom of the whereabouts of the unknown address. I don't understand why u would attempt to use a random address.

What sounds fishy? The company takes care of each Employee and
personal information such as phone # or address will never be
displayed anywhere. This information remains confidential all the
time. Is it bad? Or you want to have your address published in
different countries for hundreds of our clients? Or you want customers
contact you and pay to you directly? It sounds like you do.

Linda, I don't like, that you're giving too many
questions instead of working with packages. I hesitate to forward the
products to you, because it seems that you're not going to ship them
out. I also do not understand, why didn't you give me the information
about the complaint on our company. I don't like when my Employee
behaves like my Director. No offense, but you see, that you have a
job, you have packages to work with, you have the contract and the
information about us. Do you think scammers sign the contracts? Or do
they pre-pay products and shipping? Which part of the process in
this job you think is a scam?

  • And for a helpful hint, professional companies, especially in the United States, don't allow their employees to release information, such as criminal complaints. So by you posting what "your manager" told you about reporting me, you are releasing Confidential Company Information. Oh dear "Oliver", your being too defensive. I gotta say that your one Lousy scammer!!

  • Oliver (not that I believe that's your name) you were hoping that you would be able to scam your way out of the truth, thats why your on here. But all you did was prove what a big scam you really are. You would of been better off not replying from the beginning. Your argument is clearly Bogus ( Foreigners normally know the meaning of the word bogus but you can look it up). Now get off your computer and get a real job.

  • They are back at it again but this time they are using the name "Fulfillment Services LLC" and claim they are based out of Helena Montana. The Lady is now claiming to be Ann Biwer (sounds like Beware to me). They apparently have also used the names Reliable Fulfillment LLC , Superior Grade Fulfillment LLC. Fortunately all your postings stopped me from signing the agreement and getting sucked in to this scam. Thanks!
