the same problems keep coming up. It really seems like they are trying to help. I have spent countless hours on the computer with them with different techs in my computer. The problems with computer issues is repeated over and over. I am not a happy camper

- I have also spent endless hours having them try to fix problems caused by optimizers and programs they installed. They are , Friendly Except Mark in Corporate who I am not impressed with rightnow as my whole pc was scrubbed. I put the complaint here. He use to be GREAT but I don't know what is going on. I would however recommend you read my complaint as I was searching history for proof of problems when WITHOUT any applet or OK an omni tech appeared asking me if he could help which means they accessed my PC without my permission. PLEASE be careful. I am pending a cb tomorrow but I don't know tht anything short of a new pc is going to make me happy right now. Again please be careful and I cannot give aay anymore.
