On June 20th I ordered tires from Onlinetires.com and received a email with "tracking" on June 21st. Doing the tracking I found that the delivery date was June 24, 2011 (Friday). Friday comes and goes, but now the tracking has changing from showing the delivery date to NO delivery date.
On June 27th I called the shipping department and spoke to someone..
Didn't write his name down my fault. But this person said no the tires had not been shipped yet. That they were just arriving at onlinetires that day and would ship out as soon as they arrived. My delivery date was now set between Wednesday and Thursday since I lived in TX.
Wednesday comes and I now call onlinetires again.. Tell my story to Josi (ext 1366 which belongs to Richard)... Josh ask who the person was that I spoke to on Monday because the tires had just been ordered and scheduled to arrive Thursday June 30. I asked that they be shipped immediately to me since my car can't be driven and I have to rent a car ($35 day). Moving forward to Thursday June 30, 2011.. at 11:15 cst I call onlinetires and can't get anyone in shipping. So, I call back but this time instead of using the shipping department I punch in the number for '"Sales".. Wonder who I now get on the phone "Josh". I now have asked to speak to the supervisor 3 times, once the day before and twice today.. He's busy is all that I can get from Josh..
I just want to get my car running and now waiting a second week when the tires were shown to be shipped the week before.. Never received any notices about backorder of the tires until I call after the tires were shown to have been delivered.
I understand delays, but I don't understand the attitude nor the mis-communications and the continued delays.
