They have a little red tab at the top when you log in telling you you need to pay for bids that are expiring. I haven't found anywhere on the website where it states when the bids you won will expire. For several weeks the company was automatically charging my credit card for bids that I won without authorization. Now, I see that you have to enter your credit card in each time. I won a bid and it wouldn't allow me to pay for it. It just shows me as the winner. I won two auctions and they expired the bids saying it was too late to pay for them without a specific warning. I won 5 auctions over the past two months and haven't received any merchandise. It states on their website you will receive the items in two weeks.

I don't know how to know for sure if schilling is done internally however, they allow you to bid on these 5 packs every day. There could be 10 packs up at once and you bid. All of a sudden someone is bidding against you even though no one is bidding on the other packs. It doesn't make sense. They don't ever answer their phone. They haven't responded to my last two e-mails either. In the past they didn't answer all of my questions concerning missing bids. They would avoid these entirely.

Very unprofessional company!

    ARE THEIVES. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY TO THEM. IF YOU WILL READ EVEN SOME OF THESE COMPLAINTS YOU WILL SEE THIS IS A FRAUD AND SCAM. MY BANK, POLICE AND BBB HAD ALL HEARD OF THEM. I HAVE NOT HEARD OF ANYONE ELSE GETTING THEIR MONEY BACK AND IF YOU READ MY LATEST REPORT YOU WILL SEE THAT IS BECAUSE I GOT MY MONEY BACK WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS BEGINNING I HAVE BEEN TOLD AND I PRAY THESE CROOKS GET EXACTLY WHAT THEY DESERVE---ALTO LAST TIME THIS COMPANY HAD A PROBLEM THEY JUST SHUT IT DOWN AND TOOK EVERYONE'S MONEY WITH THEM. THEY HAVE ONLY BEEN "OPEN FOR BUSINESS" THIS TIME SINCE JUNE. IF YOU HAVE TO KEEP GIVING AWAY YOUR MONEY JUST SEND IT TO ME---AT LEAST I WON'T LIE TO YOU TO GET IT.
