Hi Everyone. I posted the complaints about this company eariler about my being cheating by this company. I purchased two custom ordered wigs but when I received them, they were nothing like the ones shown on the website and the hair was coming off like crazy. I called their number which I keep getting a message saying it's switched off. Live chat doesn't work either. BUT I found their actual company phone number in Canada (780) 800-7160. I told them that they have to give me full refund because they falsely advertize their products and caused me inconvenience. I had to spend some time arguing with them but today I am happy to report that I receive my full refund!!! Yes, I had to spend over $50 to return the items back to China but I got my money back. I'll never ever purchase anything from them. They are Chinese people living in Canada doing business with someone in China and they do not have any quality control in place. Never, ever buy from them...NEVER!!!!
