Contacted what I thought was Sony technical help and was duped into connecting to the mytech website instead. Walked me through options as though I was on the Sony website then told me my tech question wasn't covered by the Sony warranty! I would need to pay an additional $119.99 to cover my issue. Then was told their computers were down and I would need to call back the following day to receive assistance. In the meantime, my bank account was already hit for the charge within about 30 minutes! When I called back I was directed through a SAMSUNG menu, not Sony! My first clue to the fraud! I fixed my problem myself and contacted the company for a refund which they agreed to issue and gave me a confirmation number. To date, I have received NO refund into my account (4/26/2013).
