I went online to change my address since I was told it was the easy way to do it and the site i went to was made to look lilke to post office so I wnet ahead and put my change in and my boyfriends change in and later found that I was charged 19.95 for both changes so i clicked contact and i sent a email and have yet to get a response and I called the number they had listed and ofcourse you can never speak to anyone says it tranferring you then you get a recording to leave a message or press star for an operator and you never get a operator just the recording to leave a message over and over again. I have left 3 messages and still no response. Highly mad Money I really needed
