Same thing... I got the product to be tested for 14 days. They say they will not charge your credit card if you cancel before the 14 days... Lie!!! They totally charged my credit card before the 14 days. Then I had to send back the bottles which I had a USPS Delivery Confirmation Receipt which good thing I did that because they asked for proof of delivery. Once I supplied this information they said my credit card would be credited in 7 to 10 business days. I'm still waiting for my credit. Now when I call I get placed on hold for a long, long time and no one answers. Then the call hangs up itself. This is a total scam!!!

- Do you still have your documents to back up your claim? If so resubmit and scambook will verifiy your complaint. The more complaints that are verified the more chance we have to have an Attny look into this matter.
