My Mother Inlaw was contacted by a man named Patrick, he was trying to get in touch with my husband Michael Spurgeon, she gave me the number that he called from, I contacted this man at 202-601-2678, he would not discuss anything with me in reference to the call ,except he was collecting for BIGSKY Cash, and my husband was about to be sued , and other charges filed on him, he stated that he need my husbands permission to speak with me, my husband contacted him from his job and saidthat it was ok to speak with me on this matter. At that time I was told that it was not against the Law for him to call my husbands work, and that if I did not set some sort of a payment arrangement using a debit or mayjor credit card charges would be filed. My husband had taken out a internet payday loan through BIGSKY Cash on 10/22/2010, in the amount 400 dollars, we were unable to pay it back, it has been turned over to these people for collection & they are saying that $800dollars is owed, Big sky is not licensed to do internet payday loans in the state of Indiana, I did work out a arrangement with these people, and I did sighn off on itover the internet , but when researching this company I find nothing on them, I ask them to send me something in writing stating the name of the creditor & the original amount borrowed, and was told by a Mr. Nicholas j Lambardi , that by law he does not have to do so, that email is the samething as mailing out something. I do have a copy of the letter that states the payment arrangements, and the payment amounts that was sent by email, only to notice that it is a different company taking money from my prepaid walmart money card, I have decided not to follow through with the payments until this matter is looked into further.
