One evening in april 2011, i received a cold call asking me about Ppi And unenforceable credit agreements.A young lady asked me about aby credit cards i had balances on would be unenforceable as allbtge companys i mentionedni dealt with had credit agreements with clients that were unenforceable and as a result any balances i had redress could clear as i was told they werent worth paperbthey were written on. Redress claimed to get balances cleared plus oobtain money back in cash for "hidden ppi in minimum payments"
I was also advisedbi was in a win win situation and that i had nothing tolose.i was also told it was no win no fee but i would have pay upfront charges but assured if i didnt get money back charge would be refundeda complete lie...this didnt happen.this is a scam company. I had false promises i was misold it and in jan 2012 i notixed they would not take inbound calls do couldnt contact them. I emailed several times..i drafted letters of complaint sent by recorded delivery..
Never a reply.spoke to financial ombudsmen who advised tgat i had done everything that was required to contact this company snd yold me to apply for a dispute with credit card company tovtry and get money back.i did eventually still out of pocket.rang by a groupnof asian people swanning about in bradford with their posh cars laughing at all of us jaspreet in particular a woman who told do many lies im surprised if that is her real nane.a bunch if money grabbing con artists
