To whom it may concern: on or about August 2009, i enrolled in a Just Energy Program, expecting to save a little on my energy needs at home, i got into a little difficulty paying my bills and soon found myself calling Peoples Gas for help and assistance with my problem in payment towards matters at hand, i was able to reach an agreement with them and able to get back on track with payments needed, but thee Just Energy Corp. Sent me a Bill stating that i owed them moneys towards unpaid balance, well to my understanding upon reciving services from them all billings and payments were to be processed through Peoples Gas, and when i Called Just energy to notify them arrangments were made through peoples gas they told me that they had nothing to do with those arrangements, well bafelled as i was i continued to call both companies to correct this matter,but to no avail,both companies told me i should call the other company and explain,well as you can guess their was no resolution between myself and both companies,finally this matter was sent to a collection agency,Harris&Harris,LTD who sent me a notice of payment,i belive this is a legal way of slamming consumers with more charges being put in the middle between two companies that state arrangments are made,but leave the consumer helpless to fend for himself during hard times,i know aletter was sent to thee consumer services for unpaid debt and still continue to recive letters of this debt,i've already stop services when i found out about the charges and thats why i belive this company though well established is persuing final payment, i already spoke to a representative of Peoples Gas and they assured me as payment is made all monies are processed forward to suppliers,which by now should of bin payed for. I still have my service with Peoples Gas and currently on thee Budjet plan they offer. your help to reconcile this matter is needed. Im being bullied into paying something twice over and its also ruined my credit scores as well. Your attention to this matter is needed, sincerely Mr. Hector (Personal Information Removed).
