Something needs to be done about the people and managers that are representing the McDonalds corporation. I am a cancer patient and really dont trust many fast food places due to cleanliness, but I always trusted McDonalds. On Friday evening about 6:30 p.m. my daughter and I went to try new chicken wraps, we special ordered our wraps, due to the fact that I am not alllowed to eat vegetables or greens due to bacteria, so we ordered w/out lettuce, cucumbers, or tomatoes. We received the order and it was wrong,upon bringing the food back up to the counter to the manager Carlos, I was treated horribly. The manager was very ignorant and when he gave the food back to someone to be re done they laughed and one of the workers told the person making the food pull the lettuce, cucumber and tomato off and give back. Laughing and mocking me the whole time and the manager was not stopping this action at all. I cant have people putting their hands in my food and removing ingredients that were not suppose to be there in the first place. I don even know if this is the proper place to be writing this e-mail, i have never done this before, but I was very upset, by this time 40 minutes have gone by so I didnt want the food back and left and went home without dinner. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!
