I had signed up for the Smart Shopper and waited two weeks for my information member package I never received. I called customer service and canceled my membership.7 months later I'm getting a final notice in the mail talking about I owe 201.45! I never ordered anything and I thought my membership was closed! How did I end up owing over 200 dollars on nothing?! I called customer service about this but i was redirected to a number that hung up on me after one ring. I called back and no one is trying to answer my questions and just keeps sending me towards this 'dead' number. I want answers!
