My wife and I purchased an SUV from Green Light Auto and during the negotiations, they agreed in writing to the following:

1. Green Light Auto would allow me to exchange the tires from my trade-in to the vehicle I purchased because they were brand new.
2. Green Light Auto agreed to pay 100% for an oil leak that was found during my pre-purchase vehicle inspection by my mechanic.

After signing the agreement, Green Light Auto did not allow me to exchange the tires and only paid for 50% of the oil leak repair. I have a copy of each signed agreement.
