Dear Consumer Affairs : I bought a car from this dealer on March 09 2013 , TOYOTA FJ CRUISER 2007, since I bought the car, all I have been having are Nightmares , they promised me a Car in a Driving conditions , right after I took the car from the Dealer , all the lights in the Dash Board were on (ABS<VSC, AIr Bag) inmediatly I called the Seller , his name Leo and he told me to bring the car back
on MOnday to the service Center as they promised me new Battery and New Tires as the ones that the Car had were bad , I took up the promise and bring the Car back on Monday , Left the car in their service center , they installed the battery(used) and 4 tires diferent
tires with 10% of tread , I told the Service Manager Carlos and told me they are good and the car will be safe , he told me tht he checked the brakes system , the lights and the battery , I took the car back
home and as soon as I took the espress way all the light went on again,I called them again and they told me not to worry that is like that sometime and they will be off , the next day My wife took the car and took my kids to the school and I received a Call that she was feelling somethin bad in the brake system and that when she tried to
brake , the car did not stop and she used the emergencey brake to stop the car , I said to my self no , this Dealer put the life of my
familyin jeopardy, it is when I decided to tow the Car to a TOYOTA DEaler (before that I tried to recharge the Baterry as the one they installed was used and was not working and left my wife on the street),My susprised was that TOYOTA told me how My wife was driving the car with the ABS WIRE damaged, they fixed and replaced the Battery , after I took the car home , the next day when my wife took the Kids to school the driver tire exploded (has the reciept from TRIPLE AAA) , of course I decided to replace the tire as the ones tha
they installed were bad.
Since then I tried to talk to the manager RASHANNA ROGERS TEl 954-372-9000 Ext. 612 and sent email to him without success . I never received aa response , I want the Dealer to be responsible for bringig up the car to safe and driving conditions , I paid for the Car
$19000 plus tax , dealers fee etc, and I beleived that My family deserved at least a Car in Safe abd driving conditions and the Dealer has to reimburse me for it I spent $1438.11 , I have all the receipt .I left all my information the Dealer Manager and he never even called to apologize.
