This company called my phone looking for someone else when I explained they had the wrong number they said no one else would call. The company then proceeded to call 5 more times in less than an hour. When I asked to speak to a manager the gentleman who said he was a manager told me that "maybe I needed to just get their health insurance". When I him told I had health insurance and not to call my number any more. He said if I wasn't so rude maybe they would stop calling. He then started laughing and hung up on me. I would never sign up for anything with a company that was so pushy as to call someone 5 times in a row. When I looked the company up on line the phone number was the same as the one that was used when I spoke to the "manager". I then called back and spoke to the operations manager who also said no one else would call. I have now received 2 more calls while filing this complaint. I looked at other complaint listed against this company. I cannot believe the unprofessional replies by the company which boarder on harassment.

  • Our hiring and quality control process is extremely rigorous and our vetting process includes both federal and state background checks as well as routine monitoring. While the agent in question was indeed licensed and passed our initial scrutiny, there was no way to predict that he would take liberties with such immature behavior so soon after being hired. Unfortunately, bad employees are a rare reality and we sincerely apologize. We have a zero tolerance policy for such behavior and upon listening to the associated recording, this agent was immediately terminated and all appropriate actions were made to ensure no further calls would be made.
