I found a charge for 39.95 on my bank statement online and knew I had not made any purchases of that amount in the past month. Yesterday, there was a website welcoming customers and had a customer service number - 877-855-9951 (US) and a very nice gentleman said he would help me if I would give the last 6 digits of my debit card. I refused, of course. He said they deal with many companies and that would be the only way they could track it. I then determined it was a fraud. Today the website is gone and there is only scam information related to it. I still had the number so I called back and was told, "welcome to customer service." They asked me to wait for about a minute and then they hung up. I called back and it was the same deal when I pressed 0 to connect to their automatic system. This is a pain - I have to wait 10 days to 2 weeks for my new debit card unless I paid $25 for overnighting it.
