Recieved a past due letter in the mail from this company on 4/8/2013. i called to speak to a representative due to the letter stating it was my final notice and they would be sending me to collections. i called and spoke to Danielle who told me i had agreed to the terms and it wasn't just $59.95 i owed but three months in addition to this amount. I told her i did not agree to this and she kept threatening to play "the recording". I told her I wanted to cancel this and she said it was past the 30 days. I asked her why i did not receive the letter of confirmation and cancellation she kept mentioning and she said it wasn't her fault i threw it out. I refused to pay and now she calls and threatens me everyday to send me to collections.

  • I am still receiving letters from sunset and am unto owing them close to $ 2000.00. I never gave them my credit card info so I have not paid them anything. Has anyone actually been turned over to collections agency by them?
