I looked up tech support for Apple and I got 877-889-2129. When I called there is a recording of which apple device you need help with. I followed the prompts for my IPOD then the person I talked to I asked him if he was with Apple he said yes we provide tech support for Apple. They tried to also get me to purchase an antivirus program for 59.99 and I told him I did not have the money for that until Friday. He said that was fine I could call back Friday. He did a trial scan on my whole computer. I have no idea what information he has of mine now. PLEASE be aware of that they are also going under the name of TECHZILLA and they lot of toll free phone numbers.

I contacted them to get my money back and I spoke with Teresa in billing she said they would have to pull the call and make sure that I was told they worked for apple in order to get my money back. She said if it does not state that "They work for Apple" I would not get my money back. I also told her I do not want anymore money coming out of my bank account. I want all my services with them cancelled due to misrepresentation. I called an Apple store to verify this service and he had no idea what I was referring to. That is how I knew this was a scam. I have also contacted my bank to try and cancel the payment. If they can't do that then to dispute it.
