i purchased, by phone, a magazine subscription on saturday 4.13.13 for 35 dollars a month. have not yet received anything by mail. on 4.16.13 i was charged a 300 dollar cancellation fee. i did not cancel the purchase. i contacted lisa at 888.702.0969. we debated the issue, and all she would offer me is a cancellation letter in the mail. she refused to give me her mailing address. my bank statement lists FL after the phone #. HELP! i cannot afford this and i did not cancel the offer. i have nothing in writing. i have contacted lisa 3 times, requesting to speak to a supervisor. she stated that she is the supervisor. she has no phone records. she stated that i phoned the cancellation on monday 4.15.13. i DID NOT.
i would think she would re-instate the purchase and bill me. she refused. this is the most unbelievable experience i have ever encountered. please help asap! i can be reached by phone. (Personal Information Removed)
