I ordered a free sample of hydra white a few weeks ago. It came and I used it. Then I checked my bank and they have taken a further £61 GBP off me! They say i should of received free sample and a complete program, I only received the free sample in my box! They have replied saying its too late for a refund or returns! I can't believe it! I feel like I've been robbed! They won't reply to my emails now :( I don't know what to do! It's a total scam!!!
