Total waste of money!! My computer fell off my bed and basically my hard drive was loosened. I sent my computer in thinking this was an apple company. They said they would call me when the technician looked at my computer, which would be within the week they received it. They never called me, I called them at least 10 times after my computer had been there for two weeks. Finally the "technician" told me all they did was take out my hard drive and put it back in and that my computer was working fine. I had initially paid 200$ and that was not 200$ worth of service. So the guy said he would put a new operating system in for an extra 85 dollars, eventually I got him to waive the fee and he said that he would go ahead and put it in. Four weeks after my computer arrived at their facility I received it back. Nothing changed, there was no new operating system.

The representatives are absolutely horrible. They are just scripted to say what they have to to get your money. I really wish I had done more research before sending my computer in! This was a nightmare!
