Child Support Help Center (Keith Nelson)

I contacted Mr Keith Nelson (Who said he worked for the child support help center). He stated he could help me get my child support pymts lowered, help me obtain student loan, & get my child support arrearages cut in half. He told me to send him $300 which I did. I deposited the money in an account at Bank Of America. Also I electronically signed numerous papers (including power of attny). I still have all of the emails/files & proof of the $300 I sent him. He told me as soon as he received the money he can go forward & do what he told me he was going to do. Of course after depositing the $ in his acc. I heard nothing. I have tried calling him & it says it is out of service. I CANNOT get a hold of him. I am a hard working man that does pay his child support & just needed a little bit of help to get the arrearages lowered a bit & this scumbag took big advantage of me. He absolutely did nothing he said he was going to do. I would just like to get my money back (which I really don't see happening now) or would like to see this man go to jail for fraud.
