Same thing happened to me, special discount code for a Gold Account for xbox, paid and got a download code to redeem, signed into xbox account and the code was already redeemed, sent them an email, then of course to little to late I googled this site and found them to be fraudulent, Ive now told my credit card company about this, payment is pending but in no mans land, credit card company cant cancel payment, but once it goes through they can the dispute the payment, but looks like I'll have to pay this, because if they are not answering their customer service then the bank have no chance to dispute this, so all in all ive cancelled my card, i'll get a new one within 7 days, great bargain I got eh hmm
