Approximately 28th March 2013, we booked two nights at the Holiday Inn Bloor & Yorkville, Toronto, for 5th & 6th April 2013. (Booking number 112784954). Two days later we were informed of a death in family, requiring our presence in New Brunswick. Subsequently, I emailed on the First of April, and informed Hotelsone of the situation. Requested a 'Cancellation' according to their terms, that required at least twenty-four hours notice. To-date there has been no reply to my email. Please help.

Dear sir/madame,
We can't see that we have any cancellation request against the booking. We can get this refunded, but would be interested if you received the auto response from us giving the system case ref - should be something like M-xxxxx. Can you email us that number to [email protected]?
Thanks and regards,
