Free sample. Paid 9.95 shipping. Charged 148.82 on my credit card on April 12, 2013. I called my bank and they said they have received many complaints. Apparently it is not a free sample as they lead you to believe, a free 14 or two week trial. It definitely said it wad a free gift.
