Returned trial serum unopened by time limit set and money was taken from account same day. Have tried phoning @ emails. No reply to either. Four times I have tried by both methods. Didn't realise they were not rated. Surely something should be done bout this company. Can they be blocked? Hope I get my money back. Can't afford to pay for nothing. If I knew out the company I could have at least kept the serum!
