I Ordered a wig from this company and when it arrived it did not match the pictures on the website and the length was wrong. I returned it 2 days after it arrived . The company kept telling me they could not refund me until they recieved it and I was polite to customer service and kept on their case about it. It is now April 12th and I have not got my money back on my credit card and I am sure i will never get that $350 back. They also claim the hair is a 100% human hair but I have been informed by someone i know who has done business with this company that these wigs are made of animal hair, because they can get very itchy against the skin.THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.
