I purchased an order on 10/04/2013 as a gift for a friend to be delivered on 11/04/2013. This gift was a supposed to cheer them up being the anniversary day of a loved one. The item did not get delivered! I tried phoning but kept getting put through to their voice mail. I then resorted to online chat and whoever or whatever was chatting gave me a tracking number that when tracked displays as being picked up on 11/04/2013 at 14:42pm. By 10:00pm when I got home it still had not been delivered and still today 12/04/2103 - nothing! Tried online chat again and was informed it will be delivered today. Tracking status is still the same -no change! I will be reporting the company to Dept. of Fair Trading and when mentioning this to the operator Anna, she informed me that I would receive an email from the manager ASAP. Why email? Anyway I have not received and emails or calls since my first complaint to them on 11/04/2103 at 16:00pm. So not happy and most definitely will be reporting them.

Well we finally received the delivery about 15:30 pm - flower was just blooming & no babys breath was included neither was any card with the message. Never will buy from them again!
