I received a letter pretty much demanding $225.00 to file a Statement with the Secretary of California no later than 4/15/2013, which is six days from the receipt of the letter. The form states that if I do not pay for the filing, my nonprofit will be suspended and the federal government will fine $250 for not filing he statement. I know this is a scam letter. There was also mother one in my mailbox to a corporation that previously was listed at my address.
