They ask me for a credit card to have on file so they can start help me. Then they charge me $99.99 for technical support and $59.99 for antivirus that they never put in any of my computers. I call them and told them that I don't accept those charges and they told me they going to credit the money back but never credit anything. The names of the person that I speak where Luis, Batch # 20048 and Camila Batch# 19296. Supervisor Frances Batch # 19997 treat me with really bad attitude and Until today i steal no receiving my money back.
