The company was providing unclear information in brochure "Ultimate Executive Cruise Vacation Passport" Complementary Cruise Getaway. The company was misleading me before I made the initial deposit. Ultimate Executive Travel refused to issue refund in monetary form, instead the "travel credit" was issued. This credit is useless because the company has 2-3 times price above the competitors.
This company is clearly a spam.
